Fort Erie Air Cadets
ROYAL CANADIAN AIR CADETS
The Royal Canadian Air Cadet program is one of the largest national youth programs in Canada, where youth can learn valuable life and work skills such as leadership, citizenship, and teamwork by actively participating in and contributing to their communities.

The program is supported by the Air Cadet League of Canada in collaboration with the Department of National Defence and other community partners, who are dedicated to supporting the objectives of the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program.

337 'Allan Troup' Squadron
In 1943, 337 'Allan Troup' Squadron was formed in the town of Fort Erie, Ontario. Under the leadership of the COs, supportive staff and the assistance from the Fort Erie Lions, our Squadron Sponsoring Committee for over 80 years, 337 Squadron continues to provide quality training and engaging activities to our cadets.

Our mission - to contribute to the development and preparation of youth for the transition to adulthood, enabling them to meet the challenges of modern society, through a dynamic, community-based program.

Our aim - to develop in youth the attributes of good citizenship and leadership, promote physical fitness and stimulate interest in the activities of the Canadian Forces.
In 2012 Rick Mercer, Canadian comedian, tv personality, took a visit to an Air Cadet Flying Centre to explore the world of gliding.

Just one of the many things Air Cadets get to do throughout their time in the program.
